Repair/Cleaning Services
Repair/Cleaning services only apply to jewelry made by us: Covenant House Crystals.
Cost of shipping item to us for selected services is NOT included in charges; Cost of shipping item back to customer is included.
(Once services are paid for you will receive an email from us with next steps.)
Repair:
Once item is received we’ll assess the piece to determine if a repair or replacement is preferred. If decided that a replacement is best a communication and invoice will be sent via email for approval to move forward.
(A replacement is not required; However if the determination is replacement we would not be able to provide a repair and the piece will be returned in the condition received.)
Cleaning
Copper & Sterling Silver -
The item will be stripped of any previous aging in order to properly remove build up of various materials, cleaned by hand in a soap solution, metal will be aged with liver of sulfur to add back in depth, carefully scrubbed with 000 Steel Wool, and washed again in a soap solution.
Additional Sterling Silver Steps -
The item will then be buffed to enhance that shiny finish, and coated in a tarnish resistant solution.

Please note, A refund can only be issued for 75% of the repair/cleaning services prior to item(s) being shipped to us for a potential repair.
Once item(s) have been shipped to us services will not be eligible for a refund; This includes if we’re unable to repair the piece and the determination is a replacement is needed and the decision to not move forward with a replacement is made.
